I-type connectors

I-type connectors join two lengths of railing tube in a straight line. They sit inside both tube ends, so only a thin seam shows on the outside. Versions for Ø42.4 mm tube and for 40x40 mm profile.

When do I need a straight connector?

When a straight handrail or rail is longer than one tube. The connector bridges the joint inside the tube, so the run continues without a visible fitting.

Which straight connector fits my tube?

Connectors for profiles – for 40x40x2 mm square profile, satin AISI 304
Connectors for pipes – for Ø42.4x2 mm round tube, satin in AISI 304 or AISI 316, or polished

How is it fixed?

The connector slides into both tube ends and is glued in place. The recommended adhesive is the anaerobic glue for stainless steel parts.

For corners, use L-type elbows. For branches and crossings, see T-type, Y-type and X-type connectors.
