Return Policy
New, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email info@strofix.com with your order number.
Returns are sent by mail, and the customer arranges and pays the return shipping cost.
Returns are accepted when:
- The product is new, unused, and in its original packaging;
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery;
- Made-to-order or custom-cut items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after confirmation. Refund amounts may be adjusted if the item shows signs of improper use or damage.
