How to apply
- Fill in the application. You will need your company name, registration number, VAT number, line of business and a contact person.
- We verify the details in the company register and in VIES. This usually takes 1–2 working days.
- You get a confirmation e-mail. Sign in with the same address and catalogue prices will already be B2B.

Does the account cost anything?
No. It is free, with no subscription fee and no obligation to order a certain volume.
Is a VAT number mandatory?
Yes. A VAT number is currently required for every country. If your company is not VAT-registered, write to info@strofix.com and we will look at your case separately.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–2 working days. Applications are reviewed by a person, not a robot, so approvals do not arrive at night or at weekends.
How does 0% VAT for other EU countries work?
If the delivery address carries a valid VAT number from another EU member state, the shop checks it in VIES and applies 0% to the goods. VAT is then accounted for by the recipient. Latvian companies are always charged 21%.
How do I use the credit?
The credit is tied to your account. When your cart reaches €100 excl. VAT it is offered automatically. If you do not use all of it at once, the remainder stays for your next order.
Can I see B2B prices without an account?
No. The public catalogue shows prices including VAT and without the discount. B2B prices appear only after you sign in to an approved account.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The minimum only applies to using accrued credit – €100 excl. VAT.
Can I order from a drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing or dimensions to info@strofix.com and we will put together a parts list with B2B prices.
