The Strofix rubber inlay for glass clamp 55×67 mm is an EPDM rubber gasket designed to fit inside the 55 × 67 mm glass clamp body, gripping the glass panel securely between two gaskets. Available for glass thicknesses of 12, 12.76 (66.2), or 16.76 mm (88.2). Select the glass thickness at order time. Sold individually — two inlays are required per clamp (one on each side of the glass).

The 55 × 67 mm gasket is specific to the deep-body 55 × 67 mm flat-mount glass clamp (SKU ST6755S), which has the deepest profile (38 mm) in the Strofix flat-mount range. The three glass options cover 12 mm single tempered glass and two laminated configurations: 12.76 mm (66.2, 6+6+0.76 PVB) and 16.76 mm (88.2, 8+8+0.76 PVB). This gasket is not interchangeable with the 55 × 65 mm gasket despite similar glass thickness coverage — the internal clamp geometry differs. EPDM rubber provides consistent clamping pressure and is resistant to weathering, UV exposure, ozone, and temperature extremes.

Can I use the 55×65 gasket in the 55×67 clamp?

No. Despite similar names and overlapping glass thicknesses, the 55 × 65 and 55 × 67 gaskets have different profiles matching their respective clamp bodies. They are not interchangeable.
