The CONEXFIX CFM300PESF is a 300 mL universal chemical anchor mass for bonding threaded rods and anchor bolts into concrete, masonry, and stone substrates. The cartridge is supplied with two mixing tubes for consistent resin-hardener blending during application. Suitable for use at positive surface temperatures.
The chemical anchor is injected into a pre-drilled, cleaned hole in the substrate. The threaded rod or anchor bolt is then inserted into the filled hole, and the resin cures to form a high-strength bond between the steel rod and the surrounding substrate. This is the standard anchoring method for Strofix railing post base plates, glass canopy brackets, and other structural components fixed to concrete. The 300 mL cartridge capacity is sufficient for multiple anchor points — the exact number depends on the hole diameter, depth, and rod size. The CONEXFIX CFM300PESF is a budget-friendly alternative to the Essve ONE chemical anchor in the Strofix range, providing reliable anchoring performance for standard-temperature installations.
This product is for use at positive surface temperatures only. For sub-zero or winter installations, see the cold-weather chemical anchors in the Strofix Chemistry, Adhesives subcategory.
The cartridge contains 300 mL of chemical anchor resin. Two mixing tubes are included.
The chemical anchor is suitable for concrete, masonry (brick, block), and stone substrates. It is used for bonding threaded rods and anchor bolts into pre-drilled holes in these materials.
This product is for use at positive surface temperatures. For installations in cold weather or sub-zero conditions, use a winter-rated chemical anchor such as the Essve ONE-ICE or TRUTEK TCM 300A from the Strofix Chemistry, Adhesives subcategory.
Both are 300 mL chemical anchors for standard-temperature concrete and masonry anchoring. The CONEXFIX CFM300PESF is a more economical option. The Essve ONE is CE marked. Choose based on the project's specification requirements and budget.
The number of anchor points depends on the hole diameter and depth. Typical M10 anchor rod installations in railing base plates use a relatively small volume per point — a single 300 mL cartridge can serve multiple anchor points.
Two mixing tubes are supplied with the cartridge. The mixing tube blends the resin and hardener components as the product is dispensed through a standard caulking gun.
Chemistry and adhesive products are the chemical bonding and anchoring agents used alongside mechanical fastenings in architectural hardware installations.
Chemical anchor-mass bonds a threaded rod or stud into a drilled hole through a curing resin, providing high pull-out resistance in substrates where mechanical expansion anchors are insufficient — such as hollow masonry, aerated concrete and close-to-edge fixings. Anaerobic glue permanently locks stainless-steel threaded connections and bonds close-fitting metal parts by curing in the absence of air.
Strofix supplies three products in this category: a 50 mL anaerobic glue formulated for stainless-steel bonding, a 300 mL standard chemical anchor-mass (Essve), and a 300 mL winter-grade chemical anchor-mass (Essve) for installations at low ambient temperatures. The correct product depends on whether the task is substrate anchoring or metal-to-metal bonding, and whether installation takes place in standard or cold-weather conditions.
Strofix designs and supplies stainless-steel fastening systems for architectural glass, including glass adaptors, railing components, handrails, and structural fixings. We also serve architects, installers, and building contractors on residential and commercial projects.
