The Strofix washer M8 is an AISI 304 stainless-steel flat washer for M8 bolts, screws, and anchor rods. The washer has a 2 mm thickness. Supplied with a satin finish.

The flat washer is placed between the nut (or bolt head) and the surface being fastened. It distributes the clamping force over a larger area, prevents the nut from digging into softer materials, and provides a smooth bearing surface for consistent tightening. In railing installations, the washer is used under nuts on M8 anchor rods, under bolt heads on M8-pattern base plate assemblies, and in any M8 bolted connection where load distribution is required. AISI 304 stainless steel matches the grade used on the Strofix M8 screws, double-thread studs, and other M8 fasteners.
