Wire rope stopper Ø 3mm, Satin

The Strofix wire rope stopper Ø 3mm, Satin is a round Ø18 mm stopper for Ø3 mm stainless-steel wire rope, made from AISI 316. The rope runs through the body and is locked in place with an M8 set screw.

The stopper secures the cable at a post – typically at the end of a run, where it holds the tensioned rope against the post. It does not tension the rope itself: the cable is pulled taut first and then locked with the set screw. AISI 316 contains molybdenum, which gives it higher resistance to chlorides and salt air than AISI 304 and makes it suitable for exterior, coastal and high-humidity installations. It works with the Strofix Ø3 mm rope and the other wire rope system components.
