Crossbar holder for glass 4mm, Satin

The Strofix crossbar holder for glass is an AISI 304 stainless-steel holder that mounts on a flat surface – typically the side of a 40 × 40 mm post – and holds glass 1.5–4 mm thick in place of a crossbar rod, much like a glass clamp. Ø25 mm body, M6 fixing, satin finish.

It lets a thin glass panel take the place of a crossbar between two posts while keeping the look of the crossbar holders in the same run. AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for standard interior and exterior installations.

About Crossbar Holders

A crossbar holder is a stainless-steel fitting that carries a horizontal Ø12 mm rod on a railing post or a flat surface. At intermediate posts the rod runs through the holder; at end posts it ends in a left or right holder with a blind hole.

Strofix supplies 16 crossbar holders: eight for flat surfaces and eight for Ø42.4 mm round posts – through, left and right end, connecting, front and adjustable front holders, plus a vertical holder and a holder for 1.5–4 mm glass – in AISI 304 (one through holder also in AISI 316), satin or polished, all for Ø12 mm rods.

The correct holder depends on the post profile, the position in the railing run and whether the crossbar follows a stair.
