The Strofix handrail fitting, 42.4, polished is a stainless-steel connector that joins round handrail sections in a straight run. It is made from round ø42.4 × 2 mm section to match a round ø42.4 mm handrail pipe, continuing the rail in a single line. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished (mirror) finish. This is a fixed (non-adjustable) fitting.

This is the polished-finish version of the straight round-section handrail fitting. It is identical in form and function to the satin version but has a mirror-polished surface, suited to installations matching polished round handrail tube. The fitting body itself is round ø42.4 mm tube, giving a seamless tube appearance through the joint. It is supplied as a bonded/pasted element for joining the rail sections.
