The Strofix handrail fitting, 42.4, polished, adjustable is a stainless-steel connector with an adjustable joint that joins round handrail sections in a straight run while allowing the rail angle to be set. It is made from round ø42.4 × 2 mm section to match a round ø42.4 mm handrail pipe. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished (mirror) finish.
This is the polished, adjustable version of the straight round-section handrail fitting. It combines the adjustable joint (which lets the rail angle be set for raked or sloped runs such as staircases) with a mirror-polished finish to match polished round handrail tube. The fitting body itself is round ø42.4 mm tube, giving a continuous round profile through the joint. Supplied as a bonded/pasted element for joining the rail sections.
