Handrail fitting - 42.4 / 42.4, Satin

The Strofix handrail fitting, 42.4 is a stainless-steel connector that joins round handrail sections in a straight run. It is made from round ø42.4 × 2 mm section to match a round ø42.4 mm handrail pipe, continuing the rail in a single line. Available in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel with a satin finish. This is a fixed (non-adjustable) fitting.

This fitting is the straight (in-line) round-section connector, joining two ø42.4 mm rail sections end to end with a continuous round profile. It is the straight counterpart to the round-section 90° corner fitting. The fitting body itself is round ø42.4 mm tube, giving a seamless tube appearance through the joint. The AISI 316 grade option provides marine-grade corrosion resistance for coastal or high-humidity installations. It is supplied as a bonded/pasted element for joining the rail sections.
