The Strofix glass clamp 55×55 mm for Ø42.4 tube with support is a stainless-steel glass panel holder designed for mounting on Ø42.4 mm round railing post tubes. The clamp measures 55 × 55 mm and holds glass panels from 8 to 12.76 mm thick. Available in AISI 304 or AISI 316 with a satin finish. Includes security plate and safety pin. Attached by screwing.

The 55 × 55 mm body provides a larger visual profile on the Ø42.4 post tube than the 52 × 52 mm clamp while covering the same glass thickness range (8–12.76 mm). The slightly larger face may be preferred for visual proportion on wider railing post configurations or where a more prominent clamp presence is desired. Glass thickness options include 8, 10, and 12 mm single tempered glass and 8.76, 10.76, and 12.76 mm laminated safety glass (12.76 mm = 66.2 designation). The included security plate and safety pin provide secondary glass retention and enable side-mounting to posts. AISI 304 is suitable for standard installations; AISI 316 provides higher chloride resistance for coastal or exposed environments.

A glass clamp for pipe is a stainless-steel bracket with a curved back profiled to sit flush against a round post, gripping a glass panel along its edge without requiring a drilled hole. The curved saddle wraps around the tube circumference, and the front half clamps the glass with rubber inserts that cushion the contact and accommodate the panel thickness.
