The Strofix glass clamp 52×52 mm flat polished with support is a stainless-steel glass panel holder designed for mounting on flat surfaces such as walls, square posts, and flat-sided structural members. The clamp measures 52 × 52 × 32 mm (L × H × depth) and holds glass panels from 8 to 12.76 mm thick. The distance between the mounting surface and the glass panel is 20 mm. Manufactured from AISI 304 with a mirror-polished finish. Includes support. Attached by screwing (elements for screwing included).

This is the top-specification flat-mount glass clamp in the Strofix range, combining the largest square body (52 × 52 mm), the deepest profile (32 mm), the widest thick-glass capacity (8–12.76 mm), and the polished mirror finish. The included support provides a security plate underneath the glass for secondary retention. The glass thickness options include 8, 10, and 12 mm single tempered glass and 8.76, 10.76, and 12.76 mm laminated safety glass (12.76 mm = 66.2 designation). This product is available in AISI 304 only.

How does this differ from the satin 52×52 clamp?

Both share the same 52 × 52 × 32 mm body, 8–12.76 mm glass range, 20 mm standoff, and included support. The differences are surface finish (polished vs satin) and grade availability (AISI 304 only vs AISI 304/316 on the satin). The polished version is priced higher. Choose polished for mirror-finish aesthetics; choose satin for a brushed look or when AISI 316 is required.

What glass thicknesses are supported?

The clamp accepts glass from 8 to 12.76 mm: single tempered glass (8, 10, 12 mm) and laminated safety glass (8.76, 10.76, 12.76 mm / 66.2). Glass below 8 mm is not supported — use the 45 × 45 or 45 × 63 mm clamps for thinner glass.

Is AISI 316 available?

No. This polished version is AISI 304 only. For AISI 316, use the satin version (SKU ST-052520-4S).

A glass clamp for a flat surface is a stainless-steel bracket that grips a glass panel along its edge without requiring a drilled hole, fixing the panel to a wall, post or flat-sided structure by clamping pressure alone. Two halves tighten around the glass with rubber inserts that cushion the contact and accommodate different panel thicknesses.
