The Strofix external corner side mounting of the post 42.4mm, Satin is an AISI 304 stainless-steel corner side fastening that anchors a Ø42.4 mm railing post at the external corner of a structure. Its angled plate wraps the outside corner of a slab, beam, or wall, holding the post where two faces meet. Finished in satin. The post is attached by welding.
This is the corner version of the side fastening, shaped to fit an external (outside) corner where two vertical faces meet at an angle — for example, the outside corner of a balcony slab. A standard flat side fastening cannot bridge a corner cleanly; this angled fitting bears against both faces, transferring the post load around the corner.
