Handrail fitting - 40x40mm, Flat, Satin, Adjustable

The Strofix handrail fitting 40 × 40 / Flat, adjustable is a complete post-mounted handrail support: an insert for a 40 × 40 mm square tube post (2 mm wall) at the bottom, a stem, and a flat support plate on top that carries a 40 × 40 mm square-profile handrail. The support plate sits on a hinge locked with a hex socket screw, so its angle can be set on site – for stairs and other sloped handrail runs. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.

The insert is bonded (glued) into the top of the post. The plate has holes for screwing it to the underside of the handrail. One part replaces a separate support rod and support plate.
