The Strofix handrail fitting 42.4 × 2 mm, for welding is a post insert with a solid stem for a Ø42.4 mm round tube post (2 mm wall). It has no support plate – the connection to the handrail is made by welding. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. This is a fixed (non-adjustable) fitting.
The insert sits in the top of the post and the stem carries the handrail above it. Choose it for workshop-fabricated railings where the handrail joint is welded.
