The Strofix handrail fitting 42.4 / 42.4, corner 90°, polished is a complete post-mounted handrail support: an insert for a Ø42.4 mm round tube post (2 mm wall) at the bottom, a stem, and a curved L-shaped corner plate on top that carries a Ø42.4 mm round handrail. The corner plate carries two handrail sections that meet at 90° on a corner post. This is a fixed (non-adjustable) fitting. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished finish.
The insert is bonded (glued) into the top of the post. The plate has holes for screwing it to the underside of the handrail. One part replaces a separate support rod and support plate.

- Corner posts where a Ø42.4 mm round handrail turns 90°
