Crossbar holder - 42.4

The Strofix crossbar holder (42.4) is an AISI 304 stainless-steel railing component designed for Ø42.4 mm post tubes, with four selectable crossbar diameters: Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, or Ø16 mm. Available in satin or polished finish (polish for Ø12 mm only), with screwing elements included.

The crossbar diameter is selected directly in the dropdown at order time. The Ø10, Ø12, and Ø14 mm variants share a 22 mm body diameter (D) and 20 mm height (H). The Ø16 mm variant has a larger 25 mm body diameter and 22 mm height to accommodate the wider crossbar. All variants mount to the Ø42.4 mm post tube via a Ø6.5 mm screw hole. AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for standard interior and exterior railing installations.

The satin finish reduces visible fingerprints and micro-scratches. The polished finish (Ø12 mm variant only) provides a mirror-like appearance for installations requiring a high-gloss look.

About Crossbar Holders

A crossbar holder is a stainless-steel fitting that secures a horizontal rod or bar to a railing post, glass panel or flat surface, forming the connection between the infill rod and the structure it passes through. At intermediate posts the rod runs through the holder; at end posts it terminates in a blind hole (left or right hand); and on glass panels a dedicated glass-mount holder clamps the rod to the panel face.
