Connecting Crossbar holder - Flat

The Strofix connecting crossbar holder (flat) is an AISI 304 stainless-steel through-hole fitting designed for flat mounting surfaces such as rectangular posts, plates, or wall-mounted brackets. Unlike blind-hole end fittings, the connecting holder has a full through-bore that allows the Ø12 mm crossbar to pass completely through the post, joining two crossbar sections at an intermediate point. Supplied with a 22 mm body diameter, 20 mm height, satin finish, and screwing elements included.

The Ø12 mm through-bore (d = 12 mm) runs completely through the holder body, enabling the crossbar rod to continue through intermediate posts without interruption. The flat base sits flush against rectangular or square post profiles, plates, or wall brackets. The 22 mm body diameter (D) keeps the fitting compact, and the Ø6.5 mm screw hole secures the holder in position. One connecting holder is required at each intermediate post along the crossbar run; the end posts require left and right blind-hole flat holders instead. A crossbar holder is a stainless-steel fitting that secures a horizontal rod or bar to a railing post, glass panel or flat surface, forming the connection between the infill rod and the structure it passes through. At intermediate posts the rod runs through the holder; at end posts it terminates in a blind hole (left or right hand); and on glass panels a dedicated glass-mount holder clamps the rod to the panel face.
