A ready-to-install end post for stairs, H 960 mm – for a glass railing with glass clamps. Strofix welds it from AISI 304 stainless-steel parts: a 40 × 40 × 2 mm square post tube on a 100 × 100 mm base plate under a 110 × 110 mm cover. The post carries two 45 × 45 mm glass clamps on one face for the end of one glass panel – the lower clamp has a glass support.
On top: an M8 end cap, an adjustable handrail rod that follows the stair pitch, and a handrail plate for a 40 × 40 mm square handrail. The two fixing heights are 550 mm apart (centre to centre). Satin finish; also available in AISI 316. Glass, handrail and floor anchors are not included.

What is included?
The welded post (40 × 40 × 2 mm square post tube on the base plate), cover, 2 glass clamps, end cap, handrail rod and handrail plate. Glass, handrail and floor anchors are not included.
What glass thickness is it for?
The clamps are fitted for 8 mm glass as standard. If you need a different glass thickness, contact us – we can offer other thicknesses as well.
How far apart are the glass fixings?
The two fixing heights are 550 mm apart, centre to centre.
Which handrail does it take?
A 40 × 40 mm square handrail – the plate on top is shaped for it. A version for the Ø42.4 mm round handrail is also available.
How does it follow the stair pitch?
The handrail rod on top is adjustable, so the handrail plate can be set to the angle of the stairs.
What is the difference between AISI 304 and AISI 316?
AISI 316 contains added molybdenum for higher resistance to chlorides and salt air. Choose AISI 316 for coastal, pool, and high-humidity installations; AISI 304 is sufficient for interiors and standard outdoor conditions.
