The Strofix glass clamp 45×45 mm for Ø42.4 tube is a stainless-steel glass panel holder designed for mounting on Ø42.4 mm round railing post tubes. The clamp measures 45 × 45 × 26 mm (L × H × depth) and holds glass panels from 4 to 10.76 mm thick. The distance between the mounting surface and the glass panel is 20 mm. Available in AISI 304 or AISI 316 with a satin finish. Without supporter. Attached by screwing.

The curved back face of the clamp wraps around the Ø42.4 mm tube surface for a secure fit. The 45 × 45 mm body provides the standard glass clamp size on round tube posts, offering a wider glass range than the compact 30 × 30 mini clamp (which tops out at 8 mm). Glass thickness options include thin tempered glass (4 mm), standard tempered glass (6, 8, 10 mm), and laminated safety glass (8.76, 10.76 mm). This is the tube-mount equivalent of the 45 × 45 flat satin clamp, sharing the same body dimensions and standoff distance but with a curved back instead of a flat back. AISI 304 is suitable for standard installations; AISI 316 provides higher chloride resistance for coastal or exposed environments.

About Glass Clamps for Pipe

A glass clamp for pipe is a stainless-steel bracket with a curved back profiled to sit flush against a round post, gripping a glass panel along its edge without requiring a drilled hole. The curved saddle wraps around the tube circumference, and the front half clamps the glass with rubber inserts that cushion the contact and accommodate the panel thickness.
