Flush angle (90°)

The Strofix flush angle (90°) is an AISI 304 stainless-steel fixed right-angle connector for the Ø42.4 × 2 mm railing tube. The fitting creates a smooth, flush-profile 90° corner joint between two tube sections. The fitting has a 30 mm height (H) and is supplied in satin finish. Attached using adhesive (elements for pasting included).

The flush angle sleeves over the ends of two Ø42.4 mm tubes at a fixed 90° angle, creating a clean right-angle turn for handrails, top rails, and other railing elements. The 30 mm height provides a more compact joint profile than the dual-tube flush angle (H = 35 mm, SKU LS4235S), which also accepts the Ø48.3 mm tube. This single-tube version is the more economical choice when only the Ø42.4 mm tube is used in the railing system. The "flush" design encloses the tube ends internally for a smooth external surface with no visible hardware. AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for standard interior and exterior installations.

The satin finish provides a uniform appearance that matches other Strofix satin-finished railing components.

What tube does this fitting fit?

The flush angle fits the Ø42.4 × 2 mm round tube only. For installations that also use Ø48.3 mm tube, see the dual-tube flush angle (SKU LS4235S, H = 35 mm) which accepts both sizes.

What is the fitting height?

The fitting has a 30 mm height (H = 30 mm). This is 5 mm lower-profile than the dual-tube flush angle (H = 35 mm).

How does this differ from the other flush angle (90°)?

Both are fixed 90° flush angles for the Ø42.4 mm tube. This version is Ø42.4-only with a 30 mm height and lower price. The other version (SKU LS4235S) accepts both Ø42.4 and Ø48.3 mm tubes with a 35 mm height. Choose this version for Ø42.4-only installations; choose the dual-tube version if Ø48.3 mm compatibility or the 35 mm height is needed.

What is the angle?

The angle is a fixed 90°. For variable-angle connections, use the adjustable flush elbows (H = 47 mm or H = 27 mm versions for Ø42.4 mm tube).

How is the fitting attached?

The fitting is secured using adhesive (pasting). The Strofix anaerobic glue (50 mL) is the recommended adhesive.

What steel grade and finish is used?

AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. AISI 304 is suitable for standard interior and exterior installations.
