Fitting – tee “T”

The Strofix fitting – tee "T" is an AISI 304 stainless-steel three-way T-shaped junction for Ø42.4 × 2 mm railing tubes. The fitting connects three tubes in a T configuration: one tube runs straight through the fitting and a third tube branches off at 90° from the mid-point. The fitting has a 60 mm height (H) and is supplied in satin finish. Attached using adhesive (elements for pasting included).

The tee "T" is used wherever a perpendicular tube branch is needed along a straight run of handrail or top rail — for example, where a secondary handrail branches off from the main run, or where an infill tube connects perpendicularly to a horizontal rail at a mid-span position. The T-shaped geometry maintains the straight-through tube alignment while adding the 90° side branch. The fitting sleeves over all three tube ends internally, maintaining the flush profile with no visible hardware on the outside. AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for standard interior and exterior installations.

The satin finish provides a uniform appearance that matches other Strofix satin-finished railing and handrail components.

The fitting is secured using adhesive (pasting). The Strofix anaerobic glue (50 mL) is the recommended adhesive.
