These terms define the delivery, payment, and return conditions for Strofix, Limited Liability Company (“Strofix”) via the website https://strofix.com/.


1. Delivery Area

Strofix delivers products throughout Europe and, upon request, also outside the European Union.
Deliveries are carried out through trusted partners such as Omniva, DPD, and other international couriers.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the order size, customer location, and chosen shipping method.
Standard orders are delivered within 1 – 14 business days after payment confirmation.
For custom orders, Strofix will contact the customer individually to confirm timing.


3. Payment

Payments can be made securely via:

  • Verifone;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • Bank transfers;
  • MakeCommerce.

Payment processing is provided by MakeCommerce.lv, personal data necessary for payment execution is transferred to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on parcel weight, size, and destination region.
Costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping costs are covered by the customer.


5. Receiving the Goods

The customer must check the goods upon delivery.
If any damage is found, it should be reported to the courier immediately and to Strofix at info@strofix.com.


6. Return Policy

Each return request is evaluated individually.
After review, Strofix and the customer agree on who covers the return shipping costs.
The customer is informed of the final decision and any costs before the return process is confirmed.

Returns are accepted when:

  • The product is damaged or incorrect;
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging;
  • The return request is made within the defined timeframe.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after confirmation.
Refund amounts may be adjusted if the item shows signs of improper use or damage.
