The Strofix base for welding 40×40 / 80×80mm, RAW is an AISI 304 stainless-steel square base plate for the 40 × 40 mm square railing post tube. The plate measures 80 × 80 mm and is 4 mm thick (h), with two Ø9 mm bolt holes. Supplied with a raw (unfinished) surface. The post tube is attached by welding.
The 80 × 80 mm square plate is the most compact square base for the 40 × 40 mm post – a square plate matching the square post profile for clean alignment. The two-bolt arrangement suits lighter-duty installations, and the 4 mm plate thickness keeps it lightweight and economical. The Ø9 mm bolt holes accept M8 bolts or anchor rods.
