The Strofix base for welding 40×40 / 105×105mm, RAW is an AISI 316 stainless-steel square base plate for the 40 × 40 mm square railing post tube. The plate measures 105 × 105 mm with a raw (unfinished) surface. The post tube is attached by welding. Made from marine-grade AISI 316 stainless steel.
The 105 × 105 mm square plate gives a substantial square footprint matching the 40 × 40 mm square post profile – square plate for square post, for clean alignment. AISI 316 provides marine-grade corrosion resistance, suited to coastal, pool, and high-humidity installations. The raw surface is standard for base plates concealed by a decorative cover after installation. This is one of the larger square base plates in the range.
