The Strofix base for welding 42.4×93×4mm, RAW is an AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless-steel round base plate for the Ø42.4 mm railing post tube. The plate is Ø93 mm in diameter (D) and 4 mm thick (h), supplied with a raw (unfinished) surface. The post tube is attached by welding. Choose the steel grade – AISI 304 or AISI 316 – at order time.
The Ø93 mm round plate sits between the compact Ø80 mm and the larger Ø100 mm plates, giving a mid-size circular footprint for the Ø42.4 mm round post tube. The AISI 316 grade option provides marine-grade corrosion resistance for coastal, pool, or high-humidity installations, while AISI 304 suits standard interior and exterior use. The raw surface is standard for base plates concealed by a decorative cover after installation.
