The Strofix welding flush angle is an AISI 304 stainless-steel fixed 90° elbow connector for Ø42.4 × 2 mm railing tubes, designed for permanent welded attachment. The Ø42.4 variant has a 48 mm height. Supplied in satin finish. Attached by welding (elements for welding included).
The welding flush angle creates a smooth, flush-profile right-angle joint between two round tube sections. The fitting sleeves over the tube ends and is permanently welded in place using TIG or MIG welding. This provides a stronger, more rigid joint than adhesive-fixed flush angles, making it suitable for structural railing applications and professional fabrication workshops. The tube size option is the standard Ø42.4 mm railing pipe. AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for standard interior and exterior installations.
The satin finish provides a uniform base appearance. Post-weld grinding and polishing may be required to blend the weld zone with the surrounding surface.
